Emission of noxious gases after blasting Korean-made and foreign-made dynamite

Abstract
The concentrations of noxious gases were determined after setting home-made Han-Kook and foreign dynamites in a coal pit and also in a vessel under experimental condition.
The emission of CO, CO©ü, Cl©ü, SO©üand O©üfrom home-made dynamites was rather low when compared with foreign products.
The NO©üconcentration which was determined by Salzman method stayed above threshold limit value in air even 40 minutes after blasting in coal pil? and was expected to ?each the safe level only after 60 minutes. It was also noted in the experiment that Korean-made dynamite emitted NO©ü3.5 times as high as the gas produced from American dynamites.
